We’ll explore simple, powerful tools to relieve tension in the entire body, starting from the ground up.

If tired, painful feet seem to be holding you back, you’ve probably tried new shoes, rest, stretches, doctors and more. But nothing really changes.
What if your feet aren’t actually the problem?
I’m Lara, a transformational coach and Alexander Technique teacher. I suffered with foot pain for 40 years until it gradually forced me to give up all the activities I love most.
One day I saw how I was preventing my feet from moving the way they truly wanted to move and a lifetime of tension and pain melted away. I suddenly got my life back.
But this insight didn’t come out of nowhere. I spent years learning how to trust something deeper within myself, in order to see this truth.
Now I help others find this same kind of freedom.
Things people say to me after we work with their feet for even a few minutes:
- I don’t remember my feet ever feeling this flexible.
- I’m feeling movement in my body that I’ve never felt before.
- I didn’t know my feet could move like that.
- All my stress and tension just melted away.
Is this too good to be true?
Not at all!
The truth is, your thoughts and beliefs shape your reality, especially the way your body moves.
The secret to strong, healthy feet is consciously using your whole system in a way that’s connected, balanced, and just right for the task.
This is what all the gurus mean when they talk about non-doing, allowing and going with the flow.
Using too much, or too little effort creates exhaustion and pain.
But here’s the real question:
How do you fix something you don’t know you’re doing in the first place?
This is what we’re going to uncover together. We’ll tune into what you’re “doing” and begin reconnecting with a deeper experience of “being”.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:
- What is keeping you stuck in the pain cycle
- The surprising mechanics of your feet that no one else is talking about
- How to access natural balance, power and stability in your feet
- How to stop managing pain and start trusting your body’s innate intelligence
- A simply, daily practice you can take home with you

👐 Hands-On: You’ll be invited to work with your own feet during class. Partner work is optional.
♿️ You’re welcome exactly as you are: During this workshop, we’ll be lying down, sitting, standing, and walking. Every exploration can be adapted to meet your needs.
