This is a weekly group offering practical tools and real support for anyone who is feeling stuck in cycles of fatigue, brain fog, burnout or illness.
When you slow down and really tune in, your body becomes your greatest teacher and your mind awakens to new possibilities.

If you haven’t been able to figure out what’s going on with your health or how to fix it, you’re not a failure and you’re not alone.
Most of us were taught to treat or ignore our symptoms instead of listening to them, and to blame ourselves when nothing works.
But good health isn’t a math equation based on the “right” diet and exercise program which no two experts will ever agree on.
You’ve probably already tried many different programs out there and maybe one of them “worked” for a while but now you’re back to where you started or worse.
Things people try that don’t really work long term:

I’m Lara Wilde, a certified GAPS Diet coach and transformational coach with 20 years of experience navigating chronic illness for myself, my family, friends and clients.
